Great ambience. Mega delicious food

Very tasty food and friendly service. A starter plus main course is always enough to fill you up. Steak was perfectly medium and tender as butter.

Price performance is great, nice staff and nice atmosphere 👍🏻

Today we went to the Steakhouse Gaucho in Soltau to eat. We were warmly welcomed, the order was taken, but then ..... Nobody pointed out to us that there was a salad buffet. (Since we were not here for the first time, we knew it.) The food tasted good, there is nothing to complain about here! After we finished eating, we sat in front of our empty plates AND glasses for more than 30 minutes. Now you can think it was full and the staff were overloaded. BUT it worked at the neighboring tables! Guests who came after us were cleared of the dishes and asked whether everything was in order and whether they would like to order anything else. In the meantime, all the tables next to us were empty, but we were apparently invisible. Actually, I really wanted a chocolate mousse and a cappuccino, but that was gone by now and nobody asked us. Unfortunately, this was not our first experience in this restaurant, but definitely the last time as we won't be going out to eat here again. If we had been asked, like at the next table, whether everything was OK, I would have gladly given this feedback personally. We were only asked whether the food was tasty, which we could only answer with "yes". It's a shame, but with a little more attention you could turn guests into "fans" and generate more sales. One would also tend to overlook a somewhat old-fashioned ambience.

Were very disappointed today. The pork steak and beef in the beef pan were fried too long and dry. There was no apology or redress. The table was not cleared after the meal and no waitress came to ask if there was anything else. We had to go to the counter to pay.

Friendly customer-oriented service, Delicious dishes for the eye too. My steak wasn't cut straight, so I suspect that it didn't quite work with "Medium". Still tasty Price / performance ratio is absolutely right.

-Nice rustic ambience, - toilets were clean, -Salad buffet sufficient, -the meat was good. Negative point: 1. the sauces come completely out of the bag :( 2. It was overlooked when serving the food that the drinks were empty ... had to wait a long time before someone happened to come by again to take our drink order.

Found only by accident. But the visit was worth it. The food was very tasty. The salad buffet is a good idea. Belongs to every main course and can be taken by yourself. We'll go again.

If you eat normally with a card, everything is ok. I advise against celebrating. The food is delicious and freshly prepared, but at celebrations the food is only prepared when you are there. I was embarrassed when you have to wait about 45 minutes for the food.

Solid, impeccable food, fast service and fair prices. In my opinion, it is not quite enough for top class (5 stars), but I would still recommend the restaurant without reservation!

We had lunch there today with a group of 16 people. We were served with drinks quickly and in a friendly manner and the food ordered afterwards wasn't long in coming. It is very commendable that everyone received their food at the same time! There was also a good, fresh salad buffet and the price-performance ratio - based on my dish - was also right. I was a bit surprised by the lax handling of the Corona rules: None of us had to leave their contact details, I didn't notice any disinfectant and, for example, the salad buffet as a "metropolitan area" was not regulated by restrictions on the number of people or one-way streets. Other catering establishments are significantly further ahead; Rework will probably be necessary here ...

The food wasn't bad, only the service could be friendlier. He should remember a guest hotel with three stars first serves the women and then despite the warmth you can also ensure a nice environment.

We have been there several times and it was great. Even during corona times. The food is simply delicious and definitely plentiful. The service staff is in a good mood and very nice.

Rich selection, mediocre to good food ... nothing special, but tastes good. Only for that the prices are a bit too expensive I think. Service fast and friendly (depending on the service 😄).

I really liked the Gaucho Steakhouse. A cozy atmosphere, polite staff and last but not least the excellent cuisine gave my wife and me a wonderful evening.

Price performance is great. A very nice little restaurant, which is not easy to find straight away. The food was delicious, the waiters friendly and the price justified. wishes are catered for and there is something for the little ones to eat and play as well. If I am in the area again, gladly again.

Fantastic steaks and a good choice of other stuff too. My steak was cooked to perfection, and one of the best I've had. Good selection of beers as well.

The Gaucho Steakhouse in Soltau has a really good and affordable selection of meat and good service. It also has a salad bar and some vegetarian dishes in addition to serving foods for almost any kind of allergy.
